This batch of butterfly valves are electric double eccentric butterfly valves. After understanding the working conditions of customers, Jinbin selected double eccentric butterfly valves for customers. Jinbin valve has a professional, solid, United and enterprising R & D team, which uses two-dimensional CAD and three-dimensional soldworks software to assist design, and uses finite element analysis to simulate, analyze and optimize the model to ensure the rationality of the product.

The valve body and butterfly plate are made of high-quality carbon steel, the valve stem is made of 2Cr13, the valve body seal is 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel, and the butterfly plate seal is made of EPDM high-quality rubber. The valve seat adopts double eccentric design, and there is almost no friction between the valve seat and the seal when the valve is opened and closed, so the service life of the valve is long. The butterfly plate sealing ring is fixed on the butterfly plate by the butterfly plate pressing ring through the Allen screw, which can meet the on-line maintenance, easy to use and simple maintenance.

The valve body and butterfly plate are formed by submerged arc welding at one time, and all welds are subject to flaw detection to ensure the welding quality of the valve. After the completion of the valve, the shell and sealing pressure test, appearance, size, mark, nameplate content inspection, etc. of the electric butterfly valve were carried out, and the electric installation and commissioning of the valve were carried out to ensure the normal operation of the product.
