Jinbin recently completed the production of 1000X1000mm, 1200x1200mm bi-directional sealing steel pentock gate, and successfully passed the water pressure test.

These gates are wall mounted type exported to Laos, made of SS304 and operated by bevel gears. It is required that the forward and reverse direction of the gate can withstand water pressure to achieve sealing. Because export products have higher quality requirements, they also need to be tested according to the requirements.

Steel penstock gate is widely used in irrigation and drainage, hydropower station, reservoir, river, environmental protection, sewage treatment, aquaculture and other water conservancy projects. Rubber sealing and anti-corrosion methods are used for sand spraying and rust removal on the surface. The products can be produced according to the drawings provided by users.

The steel  penstock gate is mainly composed of door frame, gate, sealing strip, hanging block nut, etc. The sealing surface is inlaid with p-type rubber strip to ensure the sealing and durability. After long-time use and wear, the normal work can be ensured by the height of wedge-shaped pressing block. It is characterized by reasonable structure, good sealing, convenient installation, adjustment, use and maintenance, and reliable performance.

Main features:

1. light weight: about 1/3 of the cast iron gate;

2. corrosion resistance: acid alkali resistance and most corrosive chemicals, sewage and sea water;

3. good sealing: rubber is used for metal sealing, and the sealing rubber ring is hollow structure, and the sealing performance is good;

4. small torque: it is used for light weight of door plate and small friction resistance between door plate and guide rail, so the operating torque of handwheel is not greater than 100N;

5. independent structure: reliable welding structure with temperature and rigidity is adopted. High performance seal ensures the gate to be opened and closed effectively. Independent seal and wedge design make the gate open and close more reliable and can be subject to reverse water pressure;

6. long life: because the door plate and guide rail only contact when the last section of seal, the seal wear is very small; The service life of stainless steel gate is more than 10 years, and the service life of carbon steel gate is more than 5 years;

7. convenient maintenance: wedge block can be adjusted. After years of use, if there is local leakage, only adjusting wedge block to increase the compression of sealing rubber ring can save time and labor, and low maintenance cost;
