The 1100 ℃ high temperature air valve produced by Jinbin valve was successfully installed on site and operated well.

 

 

The air damper valves are exported to foreign countries for 1100 ℃ high temperature gas in boiler production. In view of the high temperature of 1100 ℃, Jinbin technology R & D Department calculated the thermal expansion of valve shaft and valve plate as well as the thermal conductivity of refractory materials of valve body and plate shaft, and decided to add appropriate thickness of refractory materials to both valve body and valve plate. Because of the electric actuator operation, the temperature that the actuator can withstand is also considered. Different from the previous high-temperature air damper valves, Jinbin not only lined the valve body with refractory cement, but also lined the valve plate with refractory cement, and reinforced the cement on the valve plate for the high temperature of 1100 ℃. The weight of this air damper valves is 5 tons. The length of dn2800 air damper valves is 4650 mm, the width is 2300 mm and the height is 2500 mm. With rich export experience and packaging experience, Jinbin packaging department has designed a fixed packing with iron frame with a certain angle to ensure that the valves can be packed into high boxes. Considering that a dn2800 valve weighs 5 tons, it is necessary to ensure the reinforcement and the forklift can fork up smoothly.
